These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Sharp and Sunshine Co. (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and the user (“User”, “you”) of the Münejjim mobile application (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Münejjim is a mobile application that provides interpretive and experiential content.

All content provided within the App:

Is subjective in nature

Does not guarantee accuracy

Is provided for entertainment purposes only

The App does not provide:

Medical advice

Legal advice

Financial advice

Psychological counseling

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App

You agree to provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription-based services and in-app credit systems

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., app stores, Stripe, Iyzico)

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account.

The Company is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.

5. User Content

You may upload content such as photos and messages.

By submitting content, you agree that:

You have the legal right to share such content

The content does not violate any third-party rights

You are solely responsible for your content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes

Violate the rights of others

Interfere with or disrupt the App

Provide false or misleading information

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

All content provided through the App:

Should not be relied upon for decision-making

You agree that you use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business

Emotional or consequential damages
