Within the scope of the Münejjim mobile application and munejjim.com services, I acknowledge that I have been informed and expressly consent to receiving electronic commercial communications from SHARP AND SUNSHINE COMPANY E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE DESIGN IMPORT EXPORT LIMITED COMPANY in accordance with the legislation specified below.
1. Legal Basis
This text has been prepared in accordance with:
Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce
Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
2. Scope
Under this consent, Münejjim may send me commercial electronic communications regarding:
Campaigns and promotions
Application updates
Announcements of new features and services
Personalized user notifications
3. Communication Channels
Commercial electronic communications will only be sent through the communication channels I have selected:
Email address
Mobile phone number (SMS and/or phone calls)
I understand that no commercial communications will be sent through channels I have not selected.
4. Processing of Personal Data
The personal data processed within this scope includes:
Email address
Mobile phone number
My data will only be processed for the purpose of sending electronic commercial communications and will be protected in accordance with the Münejjim Privacy Policy.
5. Duration of Consent and Right to Withdraw
The consent I provide:
Is valid indefinitely
May be withdrawn at any time
Without providing any reason
through the following methods:
From the settings section within the Münejjim application
Through unsubscribe/cancellation links included in communications
Through the Message Management System (İYS) via e-Government services
6. Message Management System (İYS)
I acknowledge that the communication permissions I provide will be transferred to the Message Management System (İYS) operated by the Ministry of Trade, and that I can view and manage my permissions through this system.
7. Mandatory Notifications
This consent does not cover non-commercial and service-related communications such as:
Password reset notifications
Security notifications
Mandatory account-related information
Such communications may still be sent even if no commercial communication consent is provided.
