EULA End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is entered into between the individual or legal entity (“User”) who downloads, installs, or uses the Münejjim mobile application (including iOS and Android platforms), its software, updates, and all related digital content (collectively, the “Software”), and the company identified below (“Company”).
This EULA governs the granting of a limited license to use the Software and does not constitute a sale of the Software.

2. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the User acknowledges and agrees that they have:
Read this EULA,
Understood it,
Accepted all terms and conditions without limitation or reservation.
If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not download, install, or use the Software.
3. SCOPE OF LICENSE
The Company grants the User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to:
Use the Software only on their own devices,
Use it solely for personal and non-commercial purposes,
Use it in compliance with this EULA and applicable laws.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to the User.
4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
The User may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software or any part of it;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code;
Combine or integrate the Software with other software or systems;
Use the Software for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties;
Interfere with the security, infrastructure, or operation of the Software;
Use the Software in violation of applicable laws, public morals, or third-party rights.
5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Company may:
Update the Software,
Modify the Software,
Add or remove features at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, all updates are governed by this EULA. Certain updates may require additional terms and conditions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the Software, including but not limited to:
Code,
Algorithms,
Design,
Interface,
Texts,
Graphics,
Databases,
Artificial intelligence models and outputs
are owned by the Company or used under valid license rights.
This EULA grants the User only a limited right to use the Software.
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CONTENT
Content provided within Münejjim may be generated using:
Artificial intelligence systems,
Algorithms,
Pre-generated or fictional datasets.
Such content:
Is provided solely for entertainment purposes;
Does not constitute scientific, medical, legal, or financial advice;
Does not guarantee accuracy or predict future events.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company does not guarantee that:
The Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
The Software will meet the User's expectations.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
The User accepts all risks associated with using the Software.
9. LEGAL, HEALTH, AND FINANCIAL NOTICE
The Software and its content do not replace professional advice in the fields of:
Health,
Psychology,
Law,
Finance.
Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions related to these areas.
10. TERMINATION
This EULA may be terminated:
By the User upon deleting the Software;
By the Company immediately and unilaterally in the event of a violation of this EULA.
Upon termination:
The User must immediately stop using the Software;
The User must delete all copies of the Software.
11. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the:
Terms of Use,
Privacy Policy,
Cookie Policy
constitutes the entire agreement regarding Münejjim.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
